    Explanation:

    Adaptive method can be defined as the method which can be changed or adapted based on the condition. Earlier the fish was not having enough numbers so the limit was decreased.

    But after some time when there was significant number of fishes, the number of orange fish increased then the catch limits was increased.

    Hence, this method is known as adaptive method.
