    The impulsive control disorder is a psychiatric disorder in which the person is unable to speak and think. The major cause of the disorder is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder this occurs in childhood if the child did not get the required attention then this disorder takes place and ultimately the brain working becomes slow. In this mental disorder sometimes the person becomes anti-social, negative thinker, feels to eat and different feelings take place in a different person.
