In cats, short hair is dominant to long hair. If a long-haired cat is mated to a homozygous short-haired cat, what will be the expected appearance of their offspring?

    All of the offspring will have short hair.

    Explanation:

    If short hair is dominant and the cat with short hair is homozygous, which basically means it only has the dominant gene, then it will automatically overpower the recessive gene (in this case being short hair).
