The diet high in calories, fat and low in fibre will lead to the following diseases:

High in calories and fat: Diet that is high in fat will increase the blood cholesterol level and increase the amount of fat stored in the body to cause obesity. Increased levels of cholesterol will lead to blockage of the arteries and veins. This causes heart problems, organ failure, strokes, etc.

Low fibre: Low fibre intake will lead to problems of the gut. Impaired bowel movement is the immediate effect of not taking food rich in fibre, like, fruits, vegetables, etc.
