The lower mantle is composed mainly of magnesium and iron-bearing silicates. This include high-pressure equivalents of olivine and pyroxene. The lower mantle is dynamic since it churns in slow convective motions with hotter materials rising up and cooler materials sinking down. Through the said process, the earths internal heat is gradually released. Aside from being the driving force of horizontal plate motion, the mantle convection is present during temporary superplumes which may originate from the deep layers of the earth near the core.

Meanwhile, the oceanic crust is found in the outermost layer of the earth's litosphere which is found under the oceans. It is formed at the oceanic ridges' spreading centers, which occurs at divergent plate boundaries. The oceanic crust differs from continental crust because it is thinner, denser, younger and it is of different chemical composition.

The difference between the lower mantle and the oceanic crust is first their respective locations, pressure and temperature- - the pressure and temperature increases with depth in the earth this the mantle is more hot and under great pressure than the crust.

Therefore, the answer is The lower mantle experiences more pressure than oceanic crust does
