    Majorly all the pufferfish comprises of tetrodotoxin, an element that produces foul tasting and is generally lethal to fish. In the case of humans, tetrodotoxin is hazardous, that is, up to 1200 times more poisonous in comparison to cyanide. There is an adequate toxin in one pufferfish to kill 30 adult humans and there is no antidote.
