When a newborn baby nurses, the mother's body is stimulated to produce milk. What would happen to the milk supply if the mother chose to bottle-feed rather than breastfeed? Why?

    Answer:The milk will be stopped from producing milk.

    Explanation:

    The mothers who don't breast feed their baby beings to secrete prolactin inhibiting factor which slowly shuts down the milk production from the mother's breast.

    It would take about 8-10 days for the body to stop producing milk. This happens when the mother shifts the child from breast feeding.

    In order to produce milk regularly the child should drink the milk regularly.

    She wouldn't have milk because it produces as much as the baby eats, if the baby doesn't eat it her body won't make any. it will slowly dry up
