    C) Obstructive shock

    Explanation:

Obstructive shock is type of shock in which there is a physical obstruction of blood vessels or the obstruction of the heart. It can result from the inability to produce sufficient cardiac output, irrespective of the normal functioning of the myocardium and intravascular volume. In other words, obstructive shock occurs when blood is not able to go where it is required to go.

One treatment used in treating this type of shock is to give the patient a sufficient amount of intravenous fluids and also drugs that will increase blood pressure to allow the flow of blood to oterparts of the body.

An example of obstructive shock is pulmonary embolism.

Therefore the client described above is at a risk of experiencing obstructive shock.
