It is a solid ball of cell formed after the division of fertilized ovum. the morula is converted into blastula. morula contains 16 blastomers cells of spherical shape. it is produced by the series of cleavage reaction. A fertilized ovum takes 3days to become morula from zygote. and it give rise to blastula and blastocyst.
