What is all the water on earth; the lipuid portion of the plant.

The area or portion of earth on which water is present is called hydrosphere. There are three states in which water is present i. e. solid (ice), liquid and gas (vapours). Most of the quantity of water is available in liquid form because many animals lives in it which provides food to humans. Ocean and rivers are the liquid form of water.
