Kidney Stone: A hard mass formed in the kidneys.

Kidney stones have lots of causes and effects. Any part of your urinary area from your kidneys to your bladder. Stones are made when the urine turns concentrated, allowing minerals to harden and stay together together. Passing kidney stones can be very painful, but the stones usually cause no permanent pain.
