If you eat a lot of food, will you gain weight? Explain why or why not.

    The accurate answer to this is: it depends.

    The type of food a person eats can affect him or her differently than another type of food. An additional factor is how active the person is.

    For example, if a person does not exercise and eats McDonalds constantly, he/she is more susceptible to weight gain than a person who exercises often and eats healthy foods. In addition, the amount of calories a person eats and burns has an affect on the person's weight gain.

    It depends if you exercise or not. If you eat 2,500 calories a day and exercise you won't gain weight
