Why wont traits be found at 100% frequency with each other in offspring even though they are all on the same chromosome?

    The traits will not be 100% in the offspring because the offspring get the genes from both the parents and the cell division gets parts of each of the parent. Even if 50% of each of the parent comes over only 50% of the traits of each of the parents will be presented in the offspring. Hence unless it is cloning that is done traits cannot be found at 100% frequency. Also both nature and nurture plays a role in expression of the traits in an offspring which further complicates the presentation
