How do the structure of a prokaryotic chromosome differ from that of a eukaryotic chromosome

    Prokaryotes have no nucleus therefore the prokaryotic chromosome or DNA is dispersed within the cell and is not enclosed by a separate membrane. In eukaryotes the chromosomes and DNA is located in the nucleus.
