A pedestrian crossing at the corner has the right-of-way at marked or unmarked crosswalks.

Regardless of the fact whether a crosswalk is marked or not, a pedestrian will always have the right-of-way as opposed to vehicles and others. These are all guidelines which should be followed according to the law.
