True, cacrinogen is a cancer causing substance that have the ability to damage the genome or to the disruption of cellular metabolic process.
Carcinogen doesnt necessarily an immidiate toxic, but the effect can be insidours.
In our daily life, we can found a carcinogen in a burned food, thats why we should be careful not to overcook our barbecue to avoid this substance
