Gravity is present within the elderly woman, which is what has her falling to the ground. It appears as though her equilibrium is off, which affects her balance. When she feels as though her balance of off, or that she is leaning more to one side than another, she is likely to fall down as she cannot maintain her center of gravity. If she feels that she is leaning toward the right, she should tip her body towards the left to counter balance the equilibrium. Standing straight will have her fall down, but leaning the other way will allow her to actually stay balanced and she can upright her self.
