    Some of these lifestyle choices include sedentary lifestyle, eating of processed foods with high calorific content and few vegetables, and smoking. Some of the lifestyles choices increase obesity and cause diabetes. This consequently results in abnormal blood pressure that could result in damage to organs such as kidneys and the brain.
