200 people did NOT have hepatitis C, and correctly the screening indicated that 92.3% of them had a negative test result. But if all 200 people didn't have the

disease, which is equivalent to 100%, that means that some testes resulted in false positives (when the test says the person has the disease but in reality it doesn't).

100% - 92,3 % = 7.7 % of the tests were false positives (77/10)
