Jason is a 225 lb body builder who trains 6 days per week with weights and 3 days per week of aerobic activity. his total training time in those 6 days is 12 hours. based on his body weight and training schedule, what should his daily carbohydrate intake be?

    Jason is very active in the gym and will need more protein than carbohydrates due to the amount of muscle mass in his body. It is absolutely vital for Jason to consume a good number of healthy carbs from vegetables, brown rice and oatmeal. My recommendation for Jason's carbohydrate intake is to stay below 60 carbohydrates per day, lower if possible, but not to exceed 60 each day.
