Physical erosion is the type of erosion in which rocks or soils are broken down due to the natural effects of wind, heat, water, cold and pressure. Whenever a sample is put though erosion, the sample might totally get broken down into small pieces or dust depending on the type of sample chosen. These type of erosion are very common in river banks and deserts. In deserts the constant force of wind breaks the rocks into dust like particles and they get moved away with the sand particles. The soil of the river banks gets eroded due to the flowing water.
