When testing for the types of macromolecules that make up different articles of food, there are four tests that are commonly utilized. The four tests are the Benedict Test, The Lugol Test, the Biuret Test, and the Sudan Red Test. Research what each test does using the internet and the "Identifying Nutrients Gizmo" that is on page 3 of the lesson. After researching what each test does, list 5 of your favorite foods, and then describe in detail what the results of each test on each food would be.
