If a sugar compound has 11 oxygen atoms, how many hydrogen atoms dose it contain

    Since simple sugars follow the Cn (H2O) n formula, if you had 11 oxygen atoms, this would produce the simple sugar formula of C11H22O11. Therefore, there should be 22 hydrogen atoms.
