Resource availability and allocation are very important concern for government because first, people needed assistance on different things and different aspect and its the government who is responsible for giving this services to the people.

Government has to allocate available resources because resources are scarce compared to the needs of the people, thus, government has to consider the need of the masses and allocate resources to them based on their needs. In a situation where the available resources can not go round, the government may have to buy the resources from other countries that have them in abundant in order to ensure that the needed resources are available to the people.
