I would say that a bald eagle and a black bear can compete for the same prey ie for fish near the surface of a body of water. The eagle will spot the fish from on high with its very sharp eyesight and the black bear will wade right into the water and wait for fish to appear and swipe them up with his paws.

There are several species that share their enviroment and prey, a good example of that can be; tigers, feline mammals, carnivores found in some Africa's regions, and Crocodiles, which are reptiles, oviparous, carnivores found in Africa as well, but those species also share jungles in South America, Australia and a few other countries. Other species could be penguins and whales, one is a bird and the other a fish, but they compete for the same prey: small fishes.
