Are people genetically predisposed to being interested in specific fields/ideas? How does specialization occur?

    There can be a genetic predisposition for certain traits and ideas, however, at large it would be very dodgy to say that there is a genetic basis for which profession we decide in the end. While a person who is tall may be more inclined to play basketball or any other sport where height is important, on average, we could not really make this claim.
