A woman who is a carrier for hemophilia marries a man affected with hemophilia

    So women have XX chromosomes and men XY. hemophilia is found on the X chromosome. of H is the allele for hemophilia and h for not hemophilia. then the woman would be

    X (h) X (H) and the man would be X (H) Y. their kids would be 25% carrier female, 25% affected female, 25% affected male, 25% normal male.
