A behavior that would support the diagnosis of the patient having a generalized anxiety disorder is when the client has experienced of having to worry in excessively and it would last for almost 6 months to 12 months or longer and beyond that. It is because anxiety disorder has the ability of making a person worry and to feel fear because of certain things or events.
