A bone tumor disrupts the normal sturcture of osteon, replacing the orgainized rings with disorganized, irregular masses of bone. How will this affect the ability of a bone to perform its functions?

    It would make the bones spongy and brittle at the same time, decrease their strength and would like change their shape depending on how bad the tumor is.
