Explain why the fact that invasive species did not co-evolve with the native species unbalances an ecosystem.

When an invasive species enters a new ecosystem they compete with the native species for resources. The invasive species will kill of the native species which is part of the balanced ecosystem. So when the invasive species comes it unbalances the ecosystem.
