What would most likely happen to the carbon cycle if there were no more plants on Earth?

    The carbon cycle would be eventually nonexistent because the oxygen will eventually run out unless a synthetic alternative is created, if not, every creature that requires oxygen will die and only the trees and water are left to continue the carbon cycle
