The two energy equivalent molecules that contains phosphates as part of their structure are ATP which is adenosine triphosphate and GTP which is guanosine triphosphate. Both of these two have three phosphates and two high energy bonds. In GTP, they are certain to guanosine while in ATP, the phosphate groups are certain to adenosine.
