When encountering another vessel in darkness or reduced visibility, what do visible white, red and green lights indicate?

    When you are about to come across an anonymous vessel in the dark or in a reduced visibility-area at sea, visible white, red and green lights states that you are approaching another head-to-head with another power-boat, the best thing to do is to give way to your starboard side to prevent head-on collision.
