    The difference is that deoxyribose sugar has one less oxygen than a normal ribose sugar. RNA's nucleotides are composed of Uracil an alternate nitrogenous base to Thymine. So the sequence of nitrogenous bases is composed of Adenine, Uracil, Cytosine, and Guanine opposed to Adenine, Thymine, Cytosine, and Guanine.
