    In the refrigerator, There is air running this compressed air through pipes in a cold-water bath released the heat into the water. So, A phase is a form of matter that is uniform throughout in chemical composition and physical properties of the water change the ice water in cold.

    Ok, back to 3rd grade, so the chemical changes are that as the water gradually starts freezing the molecules come closer together. The physical changes are that, well, the water is hardening and turning into a frozen state which is called ice.
