A shoreline mussel species has a population density of one organism per square meter. will all mussels be found one meter apart.

    Population density is the number of organism per land area, since the population density of the mussel is 1 organism per square meter. then it is possible to find a mussel one meter apart. but it is not applicable to all mussel present, because it just the average value.
