Difference between myeloproliferative and myelodysplastic

    Myeloproliferate is a disease in which the bone marrow makes too many red blood cells, platelets or even white blood cells. Myelodysplastic is a syndrome in which the patient has poorly formed blood cells that don't work properly or could be seen as defective.
