    Differences is primary has few layers of cuboidal around the large central developing ovum and the vesicular follicle is an around capsule of several layers called the corona radiate. Another, Primary is the one or small number of follicles around the oocyte. While vesicular has a large antrium containing fluid produced by granusule cells, developing oocyte.
