Are neuroglia or neurons more likely to give rise to tumors? why?

The answer is false, the neuron or neuroglia does not likely give rise to tumor because they are non conductive in nature and they are responsible of having to provide assist or support. They are not the ones that causes tumor to spread or to even rise.
