    It is a method that can be used to convert atmospheric carbon dioxide into a chemical compound that contains 4 carbons. this process prevents the plants from exposing the enzyme to oxygen so that it can actually conserve the energy for the plant. This method can also give advantages to the plants. It normally takes place on the leaves of the plants.
