    An easy way to reduce calorie intake would be to lower the amount one eats for meals, but increase the amount of meals. Instead of having 3 huge meals + snacks, the best would be to eat 5 smaller meals that are balanced. This would increase the speed of your metabolism and the amount of calories burnt while lowering your daily calorie count intake.
