Some are like when the construction workers drill and it causes vibrations.

Also Mining and lots of changes in weight.

Some causes are things in industrial work. For example building pipes underground and having it burst. Another example is in other places where water flows directly. Storm drains and pumping water out of the ground are some more examples.
