In order for the scientist to know if the organism makes a protein in the skin and for he or she to be able to analyze it with the use of skin sample in determining its presence, the scientist should look and analyze the cells found in the skin. He or she must be directed at the cell’s mitochondria as where the protein synthesis occurs and to be able to determine if protein is present, the scientist should find the Amino Acids.
