In addition to defibrillation, the doctor should do a chest compression to the patient for invention and should be performed immediately. If after the two attempts of defibrillation the patient still remains in v-fib then the doctor can administer epinephrine drug to the patient. According to the initial presentations of the patient, we can suspect that ACS is the problem which led to the cardiac arrest.
