Which condition occurs when urine is produced but cannot be removed from the bladder?

Actually this case is called as Urinary reflux medically, which is caused by urinary infections around the tract, where urine is produced but cannot be passed easily from the bladder, and even if passed it will be just few drops with burning sensations, pain and smelly urine.
