How does a mechanic know that his wrench is exerting an unbalanced force on a bolt?

A. the bolt begins to turn

B. he feels pressure between his hand and the wrench

C. the bolt does not move

D. the wrench begins to bend

    I think the answer is A. because the bolt would not more unless there was unbalanced force acting upon it.

    The answer would be A because the forces are balanced on B. C. and D.

    Something has to move in the process.
