Which of the following would be classified as hydrophobic? Glucose, sucrose, NaCl, long chain fatty acid, pepsin

    Hydrophobic means they don't mix with water and that they are non polar. glucose and sucrose are both sugars and we know sugar disolves in water, NaCl is that same as salt which dissolves in water, fatty acid become more hydrophobic as their tails get lo get longer so a long tail would be hydrophobic, and I'm not sure about pepsin.

    So long chain fatty acids, and maybe pepsin
