How is gas exchange and cellular respiration related?

    So when you breathe the oxygen you inhale is caeried by blood to the cells and in the cell the oxygen is used in aerobic respiration for energy ... and carbondioxide is an excretory product of respiration so carbondioxide is take to the lungs to be breathed out.
