    With the given results, in order for the nurse to identify the clinical manifestations of diabetic ketoacidosis in which the client would likely have, she needs to observe the following manifestations such as; rise of the blood glucose level which beyond the normal range, there is a rapid breathing which would likely occur that he or she finds it difficult to breathe normally, there is a presence of pain in the abdomen, excessive need of fluids as he or she manifest excessive thirst and lastly, his or her results in the plasma bicarbonate is in the low level. These manifestations could indicate that the client has diabetic ketoacidosis.
