Can somebody give me some tips for me not to panic during the state test.

    What I do is chew gum and/or move my foot to release any extra energy.

    I have horrible exam anxiety, and I'm in the same boat. Here's some of my tips.

    1. Study plenty so the work will be easy, but put 10 minute breaks in between.

    2. Try some deep breathing exercises. Don't worry - you won't look silly. It's not even noticeable.

    3. Get lots of sleep the night before and eat a breakfast full of protein.

    4. Find a way to occupy your feet, hands, or other body parts you cannot keep still. Try a stress ball.
